Eligibility

Are you unemployed and claiming a benefit aged 19 + (by the 31st August last year)
If a foreign national, you must have been a resident in the UK for three years or more
If employed earnings must be no more than £25k per annum
You must be a Greater Manchester resident looking to upskill and go back into employment to access this opportunity.
