Course Overview

The global beauty and cosmetic market is forecast to rise, with the growing demand of conscious cosmetology and non- invasive skin and body treatments. The beauty industry caters for a wide variety of clientele who seek luxurious treatments that work.

Learn about this rewarding sector, with our Level 3 Beauty Therapy programme.
You will train in the college Enhance commercial salon, which includes our Dermalogica partnership, spa and hydrotherapy salon. You will work on paying clients in our commercial salons

Our excellent industry connections will provide placements and visits. Our dedicated team of specialist tutors will introduce you to the comprehensive range of technology to perform advanced anti-ageing skin care treatments and advanced body treatments.

Course Requirements

4 GCSE’s at Grade 4 or above (including maths and/or English Language).

What you will Learn

Learn from our industry-renowned beauty therapy team, our excellent industry connections mean that you will have a wealth of opportunities for work experience, placements and visits. Advanced practical skills will be developed alongside an in-depth knowledge of electrical science, anatomy and physiology, this course will immerse you into the exciting world of beauty therapy.


You will be assessed continually throughout the course by practical assessments, reasearch assignments and final written end exams.

A minimum of 36 hours work experience which is integral to the course and is assessed as part of the practical element.
