Customer Service Assistants F/T & P/T £9.50ph

The main goal of the role is to provide the best customer service to our guests. Effective communication skills are essential as you will be working as part of a team to ensure the site is clean, tidy and ready to welcome our guests. We wish to appoint highly motivated, friendly, and courteous individuals who understand the principles of good customer servcie, and have the ability to to communicate in a professional manner.

Cleaners X2 positions available £9.50ph

We are looking for two reliable and conscientious people to undertake the roles of cleaners to ensure the Funscape centre is a clean and safe zone for our guests.

Security Officers x 8 / Full-Time

At the Trafford Centre and Barton Square we aim to create a compelling, jyful experience for our customers. This helps our retailers flourish by increasing footfall and spending. The security officer is accountable to the security manager for support and delivery of security services within the site. You will ensure exemplary standards of security and cusotmer service are provided to the client and visitors to the site. You are the face of the security team and should act with professionalism, always. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, using radios to liaise with other team members. There are multiple day positions available and 1 night position. Both provide shift patterns on a 4 on, 4 off basis over 8 days.

This position contributes to Starbucks success by providing legendary customer service to all customers. The job creates the Starbucks experience for our customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. This role contributes to Starbucks success by assisting the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. This job deploys partners and delegates tasks so that partners can create and maintain the Starbucks experience for our customers. No previous experience required but applicants must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality and, have the ability, to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
