What is an Apprenticeship?
An apprenticeship is a structured training program where you learn on the job, gaining practical experience while completing coursework or exams. You receive guidance from mentors and supervisors, acquiring specific skills and qualifications. The End-Point Assessment (EPA) is the final step, where you demonstrate everything you’ve learned through practical tasks, presentations, or tests. Successfully passing the EPA earns you a qualification or certification.
