We work with partner organisations who are experts in developing the high-quality qualifications that meet the needs of our employers and most importantly, our learners. We work with National Awarding Bodies to provide high quality teaching and learning. The University Centre works with Sheffield Hallam University (SHU) and University of Huddersfield (UOH) as awarding bodies and Pearson as an awarding organisation. The majority of our degree courses are validated by Sheffield Hallam University.
Sheffield Hallam University works in partnership with a number of Further Education Colleges such as Stockport College to provide University validated Foundation degree courses. You may, upon successful completion of the course, be then able to top up your foundation degree to a full honours degree awarded by Sheffield Hallam University.
SHU validated foundation degrees are available in a range of course areas from Art and Design, to Health and Social Care.
